Our coir fiber bales are compressed bundles of durable coconut fibers, used in horticulture, erosion control, and various industrial applications. They are eco-friendly, biodegradable, and offer excellent water retention and aeration.

Why use
Coir Fiber Bales?

  • Coir fiber is produced from the process of extracting coco peat & coir fiber from outer husk of coconut.

  • Coir fiber bales are used as raw materials for automobile upholstery, geo-textile, coir spring mattresses, furniture, erosion control and drainage filtering.

  • Each coir fiber bale produced is machine cleaned

SECURE AND EFFICIENT PALLETIZING

Protecting your products with every shipment

  • Palletizing within a Fumigated and Heated wooden pallets with additional rain cap (thick plastic sheet) to cover top & bottom of the pallets.

  • The palettes are wrapped with stretch film and are strapped with printed straps for each row.

  • Top and Bottom cardboard, Printed Corner cardboard are available with the palletizing process.

  • The pallet’s mark and pallet label will attach to each pallet.
